IndiMu provides a platform to connect musicians and venues. As a connection service:

• We facilitate introductions between musicians and venues
• Users are responsible for their own agreements and transactions
• The platform does not verify user credentials or backgrounds
• Users should exercise their own judgment in all interactions

By using IndiMu, you acknowledge responsibility for:

• Your conduct and behavior
• Any damage you cause to property
• Any injuries you cause
• Honoring your agreements
• Obtaining necessary insurance
• Complying with all laws
• Verifying the identity and credentials of other users
• Ensuring safe interactions and meeting locations
• Protecting your property and equipment
• Making informed decisions about bookings and agreements
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

IndiMu provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndiMu shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including property damage, personal injuries, or financial losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold IndiMu harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your interactions with other users
• Any bookings or agreements you enter into
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

You agree NOT to harass others, impersonate anyone, use the app for illegal purposes, or engage in spam or abuse.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not court litigation. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
